Role1 : Trainee Operations Engineer
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2012 / 2011 BE/B Tech(CS, IT & EC), MCA
- No current arrears
- Should have scored 65%(64.5 can be rounded off to 65)
- Good Personality and good communications skills,
- Basic knowledge on Telecommunication System, Database packages
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux platforms preferred
- Willingness to be part of 24/7 shift roster;
- Outside kerala college students are also eligible
Role2 : Trainee Software Engineer
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2012 / 2011 BE/B Tech(CS, IT & EC), MCA candidates
- BE/B Tech(CS, IT & EC),MCA
- No current arrears
- Should have scored 65%(64.5 can be rounded off to 65)
- Outside kerala college students are also eligible
Selection Process:
1. Interview process for Trainee Operations Engineer:
- Aptitude Test: 40 minutes
- Company presentation
- Group discussion
- Technical Interview (one to one)
- HR round
2. Interview process for Trainee Software Engineer:
- Aptitude Test: 40 minutes
- Technical Test: 1 hour (Written)
- Technical Interview (one to one)
- HR round
Confirmation / Hall Ticket:

Outstation candidates are advised to check www.shredskerala.org before proceeding to test venue as a precaution against unexpected exigencies.
All the candidates should bring the following to test venue:
- Writing Pad,
- Two copies of RESUME,
- Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists,
- Three copies of passport size photographs,
- Examination fees to be paid to SHREDS,
- Gum,
- College ID/Any other Photo ID.
