Project Manager
Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Experience: 8 - 11 years

Salary: 13 - 20 Lakhs Per annum
POSITION SUMMARY:
- This person will be responsible for managing wireless implementation projects. He or she will develop detailed work plans and manage projects through completion. This person will also work with the Program Manager to define and prioritize requirements and ensure that the activities of others meet deadlines and quality standards. This role will include direct supervision and coordination of the work of a small/medium sized team. Candidate should exhibit the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on, technical Project Manager with solid experience in delivering technical solutions. Strong customer service skills and consulting experience is preferred.
- 2 years of project management experience delivering full life cycle, medium to large-scale ERP/CRM, Mobility, or Wireless Application projects using a formal project methodology.
- Experience in architecting and implementing mobile and wireless application architecture.
- Experience with CRM systems (particularly SAP, Siebel and Clarify), including 2+ yrs of experience in CRM Technical Architecture and Integration Technologies.
- Enterprise Application Integration expertise (front-end, middleware, back-end) and knowledge of technologies such Web Services, EAI, XML, and HTTP.
- Experience with other major CRM/ERP packages preferred.
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PERSONALITY ATTRIBUTES
- Have a "does what it takes" attitude in accomplishing tasks and a desire to hit deadlines.
- Self motivated and quick learner.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical or quantitative discipline.
Engineer/ Sr Engineer/ Technical Lead
Job Title: Software Engineer/Sr Software Engineer/Technical Lead
Experience: 3 - 7 years
Work Location: Bangalore
SALARY: 3.5 - 7 Lakhs Per annum
POSITION SUMMARY:
- The candidate must have prior experience working in small organizations with outstanding performance track records. The candidate must work with Development, QA, Product Management and Project management teams to create cutting edge, best in class web and wireless applications. Design and scope the solution meeting marketing and production requirements. Implement a maintainable solution using software engineering best practices. Unit test and work with QA to build test plans. Participate in code reviews
- Candidate should exhibit the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- 3+ years in Software design/development experience in .NET, Java, XML, Web Services, PHP, JSP and RDBMS.
- Experience must include hands-on software design and development, design methodologies and design tools, object oriented principles, and direct experience with functional, operational and technical architectures of small and large scale systems. Must be able to develop designs consistent with product requirements and customer considerations. Able to derive and evaluate software specifications for small, medium and large complex software systems. Able to coordinate design of subsystems and integration of system components. Proficiency with J2ME(BlackBerry is a plus) and/or .Net compact framework, exposure to one or more java application framework like struts, spring etc is a big plus. Experience with client side development using style sheets, AJAX and web services. Experience with database related development using SQL and JDBC. Prior experience with Web Services, WAP, SMS, MMS and WAP is a BIG plus. Experience with Siebel, Oracle Ebiz, SAP, NetSuite, Perigrine is a BIG PLUS.
