1. Position: Java Developer

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Educational Qualification:

BE / B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field

Skill Set competence:

Proficiency in Core Java
Good analytical and algorithmic skills
Good creative problem solving and debugging skills
Knowledge of J2EE technologies
Knowledge in configuring and development in various frame works like Spring, hibernate, Spring Hibernate would be added advantage
working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and JQuery would be added advantage

Responsibilities:

Work well in a team atmosphere towards a common vision and goal.
Build solid application functionality that exceeds customer expectations.
Performs technical systems analysis, programming and testing activities.
Participates in effort estimation for analysis, design, programming and unit test activities.
Actively participates in team meetings.
Participates in code reviews and continual improvement of code quality.
Work closely with Product Management on feature definition
Work closely with Project Management on project schedules
