1. Position: System Engineer

Experience: 1.5 - 2.5yrs

Educational Qualification:

BE/B.Tech any branch
RHCE certified
Good Linux knowledge is a must
Windows is a plus

Skill Set competence:

Should be familiar with hosting, web servers, DNS, domain, hosting control panel, Linux, etc..
Should have 1 to 3 years work experience in Linux/ Hosting Domain
Should have good written communication skills.
Should be available for 3 shifts to provide 24/7 customer support.
Knowledge i Windows will be a plus

Job Description for the Post of System Engineers:

You will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to Armia clients worldwide. On a day to day basis, you will be dealing with our international clients and major web hosting providers and ISPs managing their servers. Provides technical advice and trouble shooting for web hosting customers on web site hosting, security, and domain name management.
